- Management of funds between different bank accounts & manage banks relationship for loans.
- Ensuring correct accounting which can result to financial loss to the company. Checking the payments for adequacy.
- Assessment of risk with mitigation plan, like insurance over of all warehouses.
- Risk Management to ensure the business has a solid risk framework in place.
- Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs.
- Advising on market changes and providing strategic financial recommendations to the Management.
