- Our client is a top tier international financial institution and with a significantly developed presence in India within their captives. Due to the success of the team in India they are seeking to hire experienced Financial/Business Planning & Analysis individuals into their Global Team based in India. The team will be responsible for group Business Planning & Analysis from a global perspective and reporting directly into the global lead for this function.

- The whole global reporting and planning process will be going under a significant review and transformation. Reporting into the global head of the division this is a high profile and unique opportunity for those with experience working overseas and depth of experience in planning and analysis.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Working closely with global counterparts and business heads onshore

- Ensuring the team meet the business requirements in terms of the reports and analysis provided

- Reviewing the existing reporting processes and helping implement and manage improvements

- Significant experience in Reporting (Business / EXCO/Revenue / performance) along with production

- Working as a true Business Partner across the organisation.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- At least 18 years of experience and an in-depth of experience in Planning & Analysis

- A strong preference for financial services experience though related industries can be considered

- International experience an essential for this opportunity

- Strong communication and influencing skills required to be successful in this role

- Demonstrated a track record of excellence and overall achievement in your career to date.
