We have an urgent role with one of the Biggest Consumer Durable Giant(Fortune) at Delhi

The role is based out of Corporate Office to manage Manufacturing Finance.

Director - Manufacturing Finance

Role :

- Delivering business objectives as per Annual Operating Plan, Designing & Implementing Plans, Systems, Policies & Procedures to facilitate Internal Financial Control.

- Implementing effective costing systems for determining costs at various stages, monitoring various overheads and achieving optimum cost control.

- Formulating budgets, conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.

- Investigating, reviewing and analysing accounting flow, controls and procedures highlighting problem areas and developing improvements

- Shouldering responsibility of designing and implementing accounting systems & procedures; supervising timely preparation of statutory books of accounts and finalization of accounts

- Coordination of the Physical Inventory and/ or cycle counts encompassing all stock

- Fixed asset management process including physical verification and Ensuring timely capitalisation

- Coordinating for Internal, Statutory and Tax Audits; evaluating internal control systems/ procedures to highlight shortcomings and implementing necessary recommendations.

- Generating Bank Reconciliation Statements for reconciling cash & bank balances involving active coordination with bank authorities.

- Monitoring the inflow/ outflow of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives.

- Supervising preparation of MIS Reports to provide feedback to top management on financial performance, fund management, risk control, profitability, etc

- Close working with Senior Leadership on day to day matters of strategy and execution

- Handling varied stakeholders including MD, directors, auditors, bankers, regulators, shareholders etc
