Director - Finance Change Management

Our client is a global financial services provider, engaged in retail and commercial banking, credit cards, investment banking, wealth management and investment management services all over the world.

Overall purpose of role

Work as a Lead under Global Risk & Finance Strategic Change Management and drives global change management initiatives related to Technology, Process or Strategy change projects across the organisation.

Key Accountabilities:

Leading global Finance Change programs related to Transform, Automation, Control, Efficiency, Organization Change etc. across all business e.g. Retail, Investment Banking, Wealth, Card, Corporate etc.

Leading Structure Reform Program(SRP) and Controls & Regulatory programs for the bank

Well versed in all aspects of project / program mgmt. (agile / waterfall) - BoW prioritization, business case and budgeting, establishing governance structure, business analysis, business and IT architecture, testing and release

Rich experience in delivering business transformation through Lean Six Sigma (MBB) and statistical methods

Skills and Qualifications

Extensive experience in implementing and managing financial applications for front office, back office, regulatory and controls

Extensive experience managing large integration and organizational transformation programs within Banking & Financial Services

Domestic & International Experience in Strategy, Operations and all phases of Process, People and Technology Change program

Post graduate degree in Business / Finance or equivalent practical experience.

10 years + relevant Project Management experience in a financial services firm or multi-national where they have been responsible for managing finance re-engineering projects and change initiatives.

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PRINCE 2 Practitioner with experience in: - Project & Change Management, Transformation - Implementation, Testing, Process Re-engineering, Process Transitions
