Director - Finance - CA - Service Industry (20-25 yrs)

Education : CA (additional qualification of CS, ICWA, LLB etc. an advantage)

Reporting to : Chairman of the group

Our client is a leading ISO 9001:2008 certified, Service provider, offering bespoke services and solutions to thousands of delighted customers across the world and employs over 90,000 trained human capital assets. They offer a holistic approach to mitigating enterprise continuity security service solutions across India and has ambitious plans of expanding to other corners of the world including Australia, Asia, China, Africa, Europe and USA. They operate out of 100 offices in the country. The group consists of 11 different companies offering a whole gamut of solutions and services. The current turnover of the group is around 1000 crores.

Our client is looking for a Seasoned Finance Professional with 25+ Years Post qualification experience preferably in Service industry Sector, strong in Financial Management and Sourcing of Bank Finance; self motivated and performance driven with exposure to Commercial and Legal.

He/She should have :

- Extensive experience of Fund raising through Debts, Equity, Quasi Equity, NCDs, ECB

- Detailed exposure to Finalization of Accounts, Taxation, setting Controls, Working Capital Management

- Deep understanding and Management of Overall Operations & Relationship Management

- Skilled in Strategic planning & development of organizations fiscal function & performance

- In depth knowledge of evaluating Project feasibility & Profitability, M&A etc.

- Instrumental in Strategy and Execution of Inorganic/ Organic growth plans for the group, both at Global and Domestic front, from adjacent market and new age business opportunities.

- Responsible for articulating and fine-tuning corporate strategy, leading execution of transactions.

- Analyse business performance/ existing projects to provide suitable recommendations to the Chairman and ensure execution of new initiatives.

- Identifying and Executing the Merger/ Acquisition of Targeted Company/ Assets, tying up financing and Implementation of post merger integration process.

- Responsible for fund raising initiatives at Domestic & Global organisational front, exploring traditional and new structures of capital raising for financing inorganic growth (through Business operations expansions/ Mergers & Acquisitions).

- Working directly with Investors for capital raising and intermediaries including Investment banks, tax and legal advisors, Trustees, Regulators etc to ensure smooth implementation of strategies.

- Leading the Investor relations and management.

- Analyze and Formulate Business Strategies for sustained Value creation.

- Business Strategies include but not limited to New Business / Greenfield Ventures, Strategic Investments, M&A opportunities, JVs/ Alliances, Product Segment Selection, Market Entry/ Development etc.

- Assisting the Strategic Planning Cell in Customer Value Enhancement and use Industry/ Market Intelligence for identifying Profitable Customer Segments and New Product Opportunities. Business Scenario Planning based on Environment Scans,

- Preparing & validating business plans, identification of areas of change and transformation, finalizing & implementing operating & financial models.

Advising the Chairman on the Business Plan, Capital Structure, Pricing and Timing for accessing capital markets to achieve their objective of growth and building shareholder value.
