Director - Finance - CA - BPO

We are looking for Finance Director role to be based in Chennai.

- The person will be leading the Finance COE (300+ span) in Chennai reporting to Larry who is the Global Process Owner for Service Delivery for Finance and a dotted line reporting to Chennai Site lead in India.

- We are looking for 15+ yrs of experience, CA and someone who has managed large teams and worked in areas of Record to Report, FP&A, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Corporate Treasury Finance.

- We will prefer someone from Captive Banking setups as the familiarity to matrix reporting culture is important.

- CA/MBA preferred.

- 15+ years experience managing finance operations, 3-5 of those at an executive level for a multi-billion dollar financial services institution.

- 5+ years experience managing day to day global (inclusive of EMEA and APAC) multi-service line shared service organizations to include knowledge based Centers of Excellence (COEs), in addition to mass transaction processing, and enterprise solutions support.

- Controller ship or other senior financial management experience a plus for a multi-billion dollar global financial services institution preferred.

- Experience delivering regulatory and statutory compliant operations in the financial services industry preferred. Strong written and oral communications skills in English
