Director - Finance Business Partner - BPO

A Leading MNC is looking for a Director - Finance Business Partner .

The incumbent shall be responsible for complex financial MI to support key business decisions at CXO level and provide actionable insight to the latter. He will be responsible for influencing decisions through the provision of commercial and financial expertise and ensuring compliance with the group governance framework.

Responsibilities

As a Lead Finance Partner, your key responsibilities will be:

- Budgeting and Forecasting

- Providing Data analysis and lead development of strategic business plans, scenario planning, cost management initiatives .

- Fulfill high end need of Reporting requirements.

- Work across Divisional boundaries with other Finance Business Partners to develop product costs and pricing models to support product profitability analysis

- Benchmarking MI to assess business performance in a strategic context and identify and develop solutions/opportunities for improvement

- To utilise a range of internal and external MI to assess business performance and effectiveness such as external benchmarking and industry trends

- Work on Strategy for cost allocation and legal entity recharge

- Team Management

Qualifications required : -

- CA, ACA, CIMA, MBA or Equivalent with preferably +15 years experience

- Previous experience in a business analytical environment

- Analytical and enquiring nature and skill set

- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
