Director - Finance - Auto Components

- Provide financial decision support to the CEO. This will include identification and evaluation for growth opportunities

- Lead budgeting, forecast and monitoring process to align with the company Vision; Control and improve the MIS for 

routine monitoring & control

- Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures

- Responsible for Business Analysis, Inventory & debtor control and finalization and audit of annual report

- Lead a team of 60 members

Profile :

You will be a chartered Accountant / MBA (tier 1 B-schools only) / ICWA with a proven track record of leading the finance function of a sizeable automotive components firm / OEM. You will have between 15 to 20 years of post qualification experience, a majority of which comes in from the automotive industry. In addition to this, you will have strong exposure of improving financial controls, identifying & evaluating opportunities for the firm to grow as well. Candidates from multinationals will be prefered.
