JD: Role 1 : Finance Director

Qualification : CA / Inter CA/ Cost Accountant/ MBA Finance

Experience Yrs : 17- 20 yrs

Preferred Industry : Media Industry ( TV/Channel: ZEE/Balaji/Star etc ; Other Media : Publicise /IPG etc. ; Media SSC) / Shared Services.

Experience :

- Accounts Consolidation and Audit Finalization of Mid sized company

- Well versed with all Key process of Accounts payable, receivables, treasury

- Should have handled, Direct tax matters, Indirect taxation, Transfer pricing, etc.

- Liaising with internal & external auditors,

- Handling a Team of 25-30 members

- Proficient in handling Internal Customers

- Preferably would have worked in shared service centre environment

- Should be process driven and process oriented

- Should be excellent in business performance and Matrix reporting
