- You must have minimum 8-10 years of NGO Finance & Administration experience to apply for this position of which minimum 5 years should be in leadership position.  - Overall leadership to the finance and administration functions of NGO Head office and its 12 Regional Offices in managing 24 states in India.  - with the highest degree of financial integrity be responsible for effective financial management of the organization, implementing financial policies in line with local laws and global finance standards   - Effective financial monitoring and control systems including partners compliance with accounting standards, agreed policies and procedures.  - Ensuring full compliance with the FCRA, Income Tax and other relevant statutes a preparation of Annual Budgets and Financials   - Ensure financial management eg., cash, reserves, fund, treasury etc., and evaluate program efficiency through cost effectiveness and cost benefit exercise., exchange rate monitoring etc. and coordination with other units like Program, Sponsorship and Fund Raising.  - Internal and external audits and timely submission of management response.   CANDIDATE QUALIFICATION :  - Ideal candidate should be a CA/ MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.  - At least 10 years of post qualification experience, majorly with large NGO and social sector, with minimum 5 years in relevant field in a senior leadership role.   - Sound knowledge of statutes such as Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA), Income Tax, Professional Tax, Labour Laws, etc., and its applicability, particular to the development sector/NGOs.
