Director - Facilities - Online/Internet

Job Description:

The Director Facilities would manage capacity expansion plans in terms of facilities across locations and the Corporate Offices along with managing large sized real estate portfolios across multiple facilities/ locations. The role would drive the team for operational delivery of the Facilities management Function.

The role would also be the face of the organization to all key Facilities stakeholders in the Region.

Manage the function within agreed budgets and continuously optimize costs.

Demonstrate good judgment in the utilization of capital and human resources.

To oversee and monitor the day-to-day running of the Facilities management operational teams, Mail room, Transportation, Reception, Cleaning, Catering services and Facilities Help desk.

Quality Commitment - develop and maintain processes that effectively monitor the level of quality.

This will be a leadership role with responsibility of the Southern Region Facilities for the Incumbent.
