- Monitor and ensure the implementation of strategies and guidelines of global business units and divisional strategies.

- Given the current state of the company's growth, identify and build world class processes and controls that will scale as the company grows as well as provide the financial intelligence for all strategic decisions to help drive the business.

- Ensure compliance across the Company with corporate governance requirements and applicable local and international regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting, taking action where non-compliance is identified.

- Controlling, Risk Management And Business Ethics

- Responsible for maintaining complete accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow). Aligns performance with strategies and targets agreed with the Global BU and Global PGs.

- Direct and support the HBU in budgeting and implementation of agreed to programs and plans to achieve these budgets

- Direct and support the HBU in financial analysis and forecasting to provide management information, then follow with direct actions and provide tools that facilitate implementation of actions to achieve performances as planned

- Serve as a Consultant and Advisor to HBU General Manager and Management Team Members

- Define key performance indicators (KPIs), and assure implementation and use to improve business performance

- Perform analysis and reviews of proposals, performances, and actions within the BU, and recommend next steps

- Evaluate and follow-up investment, divestment, and restructuring projects

- Push continuous improvements and cost reductions

- Ensure coordination and cooperation with shared service centers

- Manage and closely monitor the cash flow, continuously improve working capital management.

- Provide solid internal control systems that follow corporate guidance (SOX, Assurance etc.) are in place and followed in the HBU, taking corrective action when required.

- Matrix responsibility for PA Life Cycle Service Cluster Logistics Finance organization. Key tasks include, but are not limited to, supervision and management of material standard cost process, purchase price variance, order margin analysis and taking corrective actions to resolve issues impacting gross margin. Overseeing quarterly E&O inventory calculation with sales and operations to determine proper reserve level. Act as a business partner to PA LCS General Manager regarding Service Cluster Logistics business.

HR And Organization Development

- Supervision of Finance Manager and Financial Analyst. Lead the local Finance team and work with HR partner within the HR policy to handle all people management issues.

- Encourage people development to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

- Plan, implement and control the cost budget in the area of responsibility, initiate and steer corrective actions in case of deviations.

- Showing extensive finance or accounting experience

- Demonstrating management skills

- Being proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word

- Obtaining financial modeling experience
