The incumbent is primarily responsible for planning & managing the institute and ensuring continual growth & contribution to the revenue and contribution targets of the institution. The incumbent fulfills the above objectives by maintaining & strengthening relationship with the existing clients, ensuring consistent performance of the institute and providing guaranteed customer satisfaction. S/he is required to drive acquisition of new clients through the Heads of different Programs and the Business Development function. The incumbent also carries the responsibility to drive operational efficiency through constant review of Cost vs. Value in the various programs offered by the institute. S/he is expected to enable the institute to feature as a world class provider of executive education in the FT rankings.

While executing the job the job holder is responsible for the growth & development of people in the institute. This helps him/her to earn the satisfaction of the employees and also drive improvement in quality of performance. S/he is expected to perform required people responsibilities on an ongoing basis.

The incumbent liaisons with different Educational Institutions and Industry Associations to build synergies and share innovations in the area of executive education. S/he also internally collaborates with Heads of different Centers, Admissions, Placement and different Committees to contribute to the larger purpose of the institution. The incumbent also interacts with different departments like Finance, Purchase and HR to ensure smooth functioning of the institute.

- To ensure accomplishment of revenue target of the institute and contribute towards the same

- To initiate & establish relations with potential clients for showcasing the institute capability and explore business opportunities

- To perform key account management as per the institute guidelines

- To perform people and administrative responsibilities on an ongoing basis

- To work with permanent faculty to develop their expected teaching skills

- To drive operational efficiency and ensure consistent performance within budgets

- To drive participation in global FT ranking process and ensure recognition of the institute as an eminent provider of executive education

- To liaison with other institutions, Industry Associations and build synergies/ showcase the brand in executive education
