Director - Ethics and Compliance - Diversity Hiring

Our client is a leading Investment Banking company, looking to hire Director for Ethics and Compliance.

The role will be responsible for

- Ensuring strong governance to drive compliance to Enterprise standards at our India site. Raise the bar of the current model by bringing outside in perspective, challenge status quo and a mindset to drive efficiency

- Would be part of Risk & Compliance Leadership Team - Global Locations, which is responsible for India, Ireland and China sites

- Providing leadership and taking accountability in the area of Ethics (Associate Investing - Accounts and Holdings Disclosure), Gifts and Entertainment, Record Keeping, Transfer Agency, Anti-Money Laundering, Data Privacy

- Partnering with the enterprise stakeholders to ensure consistency in deployment of framework and in partnering with India stakeholders to ensure education, driving culture of compliance, focus on deploying these enterprise standards

- Continuous evaluation of emerging trends developing in the marketplace to refresh the standards to meet the new regulatory standards

- Focus on driving process mindset, efficiency, automation and upskilling the team to leverage technology and analytics is a differentiator

- Bringing leadership thinking in to R&C leadership team
