Director - Enterprise Sales - SaaS
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Enterprise Sales to lead our sales efforts in India and the Middle East. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales for erp, crm, p2p solutions . you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a team of Account Executives, and establishing strong relationships with key enterprise stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the India and Middle East markets.
- Identify and target key verticals and regions within the manufacturing and construction industries.
- Lead the sales team to achieve quarterly and yearly revenue targets,
- Manage a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and support demand generation efforts.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, with a focus on expanding large enterprise accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and other key decision-makers.
- Actively participate in hiring and onboarding new sales team members, contributing to the growth and development of the sales organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10-12 years of enterprise software sales experience in India.
- Proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on procurement software or related solutions.
- Experience managing and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive large deal closures.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
