The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the sales team in acquiring new clients and driving end-to-end sales of our staffing solutions. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales and is based in our corporate office.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and drive revenue growth.

- Lead the sales team in identifying and targeting potential clients, building relationships with decision makers, and closing deals.

- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.

- Collaborate with the broader organization to develop and refine our staffing solutions offerings, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients.

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the staffing industry and our competitors, using this knowledge to inform sales strategy and decision making.

- Set and manage the sales team's targets and KPIs, and regularly report on progress and results.

- Provide coaching and support to the sales team, helping them develop their skills and achieve their goals.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, preferably in the staffing industry.

- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and driving end-to-end sales.

- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and motivating a sales team.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
