Are you a Sales Ninja with an entrepreneurial bug? We have got an opportunity for you to work with the fastest growing legal technology company, and be part of an awesome team.

Our client is an online platform for legal information and advise. The users can post anonymous questions, and receive legal advice from expert lawyers; also they can book consultations with the lawyer that suits their requirement for a minimal fee.

The founders are IIT and Kellogg Alumni. Although from a tech background, the founders understood exactly what trouble Indians go through to resolve their legal queries and issues. Started out in 2015, their team helps people across property issues, medical negligence, divorce, child custody, immigration, cheque bounce cases, consumer cases, legal drafting, intellectual property disputes, fund raising for startups, amongst others.

As a Director of Enterprise Sales, you will have an exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of the enterprise business for a legal technology startup.

Your responsibilities will include driving revenue, adoption, market penetration in specific markets, and exploring new markets and segments

What you will do :

- Exploring new markets and defining new industry verticals and segments

- Driving revenue and market share in a defined account list or industry vertical

- Designing targets and incentives, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets

- Managing numerous accounts concurrently

- Creating and articulating compelling value propositions around the company's services

- Accelerating customer adoption

- Reviewing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline

- Interacting with C-Level executives/ General Counsels to accelerate adoption

- Developing long-term strategic relationships with key accounts

- Ensuring customer satisfaction

- Building and managing a high-performance team

What you need to know/have :

- MBA from Tier I B- School

- 10+ years of technology related sales, business development, or sales engineering/consulting experience.

- 10 + years of experience in as quota carrier with successful results

- Should be passionate about the business, customer satisfaction and an independent thinker with a team spirit

- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills are necessary, along with organization, persistent follow up and attention to detail

- Excellent negotiation, listening, verbal and written communication skills are necessary as well as a comfort level presenting to general counsels and customers senior management

- Should be fluent in English/Hindi

- Flexible for travel
