- As Enterprise Sales Director, you'l play a key role in the expansion of footprints in new &amp; existing accounts, references, marketing programs, inbound enterprise opportunities, competitive displacements, and partner base and alliance relationships. - In this role, successful candidates will be a pioneer, establishing the company's presence in the market and will develop strategies and sales tactics to generate pipeline and drive sales opportunities to produce repeatable and predictable bookings while always focusing on the success of our customers. Job Highlights :&nbsp; - Candidates having experience of achieving annual revenue targets of more than $1mn should ONLY apply. - Meet and/or exceed quarterly revenue targets. - Expected to close large ticket size deals in the enterprise space. - Develop and execute an actionable plan for the assigned territory - Individually prospect to build and manage a robust sales pipeline - Qualify Enterprise sales opportunities based on the sales methodology to assess customer fit, establish requirements and agree to success criteria - Form long-term relationships with channel and tech alliance partners. Qualifications :&nbsp; - Master's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience - Strong verbal and written communications skills - 10+ years of enterprise sales experience - Demonstrated sales experience working for technology vendors selling enterprise solutions - Track record of successful selling IT solutions to enterprise customers - Experience in value-based selling at senior/C-Level - Trusted business partner for your peers in the channel and tech alliance community - Disciplined in maintaining the CRM system - Proven extensive customer network - Business Acumen - Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism in all tasks - Technical Acumen - demonstrates the ability to understand our technical services, related platforms, and digital tools and clearly communicates the appropriate proposals and solutions to the client - Communication Proficiency - utilizes effective interpersonal communication and presentation skills in the day to day operations of the department - Initiative - Demonstrates resourcefulness, takes ownership, and be accountable for your work - Organizational Skills - Demonstrates a strong ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task on a daily basis
