Director - Enterprise Risk Measurement - Captive

Looking for Director Risk with MNC Captive based in Bangalore & Chennai location.

- Ensure Operational risk framework implementation, Business Enablement and overall Ops risk oversight.

- Responsible to provide training and awareness on operational risk.

- Engage in key change management initiatives to ensure that operational risk exposure is considered and addressed.

- Managing operational risk, including its identification, assessment, mitigation and control, loss identification and reporting, and implementing effective mechanism which enforces monitoring and testing of primary controls.

- Build and maintain an effective and constructive relationship with all key business and functional stakeholders that is based on trust, capability and integrity, providing timely, responsive and quality CFCC related advice and guidance to enable the business and functions to meet/ achieve their strategic tactical objectives.

- Graduate or postgraduate, with overall experience of 15+ years of experience

- Good understanding of Risk & Compliance function, including policies, services, systems and processes

- Relevant experience in Risk & Compliance preferably in BFSI or Global Capability Centers.

- Experience of managing operations with a clear understanding of the likely risk landscape and how best to build effective controls.

- Experienced change leader with proven experience of sponsoring complex changes across multiple markets.

- Outstanding organizational and planning skills with experience of management of multiple complex programs / business transformations, with knowledge on when and how to re-prioritize, or escalate as required.

- Strong commercial mindset to ensure build, interlock and oversight of all associated cost, budget, FTE and Governance related to multiple programs of work across the region.

- Knowledge of the changing regulatory environment especially in the financial services sector.

- Deliver the Risk Measurement activities especially strengthening the methodology, support in designing the new methodology, ensure its execution in accordance with regulatory and industry expectations.

- Working closely with Risk Identification and Response teams, plus other stakeholders, to ensure that the necessary risk information is available.

- Preference given to individuals who have Senior FCC and Compliance or similar experience.

- Member of recognized Financial Crime certification schemes such as ACAMS is desirable.

- Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
