- Should have the ability to manage P&L for the BFSI practice. Should be able to achieve revenue and margin goals and should have demonstrated this capability in earlier roles
- Should be able to define strategy for the practice by analysing market demand, competition footprint and Company's strengths and goals
- Should be able to operationalize the strategy by developing capabilities (services & solutions, people, assets and reusable components), enabling sales teams for GTM, support business development activities and also manage customer engagements delivery
- Scan the market for changing technology and business trends in PES and align the practice capability accordingly to meet market demands
- Should have the ability to assist in business development activities right from lead generation to opportunity closure by working closely with sales teams.
- Should have consultative capability to explore business challenges and unearth opportunities and transforming them into well-structured engagements
- Should have the ability to hire, train, groom and nurture talent and build a responsive and high performing team
- Should be able to manage customer projects end to end right from project planning, resource onboarding, project tracking, quality and successful delivery
Must have skills :
- Proven track record in practice development, customer management, project delivery, people management and business development in Enterprise Product Engineering Services (PES)
- 15+ years of overall experience in Practice Building and Delivery of PES in the BFSI Domain
- Demonstrated thought leadership in PES
- Comfort with scale
