Director of Enterprise Marketing to lead brand building, employer centric marketing and events and lead generation for the Growth & Business team. The role will be focused on working cross-functionally with BD, Account Management, Marketing, Content and others to establish and grow Apnas brand among employers by executing short and long term strategic projects, primarily focused on the marketing function.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a strategy to build brand among employers - Lead our webinars, corporate events and branding initiatives

2. Lead product marketing strategy & execution for the enterprise, including new product and partner launches

3. GTM planning: Quarterbacking go to market activities for marketing teams and enabling campaign

4. Drive lead generation efforts across Linkedin and other platforms to drive sales growth

5. Identify the right channels and ecosystem of partners to ensure reach to the right audience and drive conversion

6. Uplevel the content used by the BD team to pitch- proposal templates, client case studies, product fact sheets and competitive positioning

7. Direct and channel B2B positioning, messaging and audience segmentation leveraging market and competitive research

Skills Required

1. Exceptional brand storytelling skills and experience building brand architectures

2. Communication skills - Clarity and brevity in all forms of communication - ability to inform as well as influence is critical

3. Hustle - Ability to meet goals with sleeves rolled up - always finding a way to get things done with a sense of urgency and drive

4. Leadership - Articulate a vision to teams, collaborate with cross-org stakeholders, deliver feedback, and everything in between

5. Left/Right Brain Balance - Can balance creativity/innovation with analytics/data

6. Product Marketing - Strong understanding of Linkedin and marketing across different social media platforms

7. Content - Manage teams to conceptualize and create content for brand marketing across channels

8. Digitally Savvy - Driven to learn new technologies and tools

Required Experience

1. BA/BS degree or higher or equivalent work experience; MBA a plus

2. 7-10 years of experience with notable experience in marketing, sales and/ or product required

3. +3 years of marketing experience in digital preferred

4. Expertise with digital enterprise marketing tools (Linkedin, Salesforce, Google Suite, Pardot, Asana)

5. Experience in a fast growing tech company is a must
