Director in Engineering (Start Up)

Who can Apply - CTOs, IT Heads, Product Development Heads,Product Engineers, Founders from Startups with exposure in Product Development and Web Technology.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- The desired candidate should have minimum 8+ year of web development .

- Should be able to manage Managers, very senior engineers, QA etc in the team.

- Must be managing a team size of 20-50 members or more

- Strong understanding of web standards, front-end web programming, and modern client-side engineering.

- Good understanding of data structures, algorithms and object oriented concepts.

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

- Experience in managing consumer facing, transactional web apps.

- Highly collaborative and comfortable with both high-level planning and tactical execution.

- Ability to work in a fast paced internet startup environment.

Education Qualifications:

- B.Tech /B.E from Tier-1 colleges, Batch (2005- 2008) is preferable.
