Director - Engineering - IIT/NIT - Startup

Pinnacle Solutions is looking forward to hiring for one of its clients (Technology based startup) based out of Bangalore ,for the profile Director of Engineering.

Our client already has a committed seed capital of around 2Mn USD.

Role requirements : -

- Hands-on experience in project management, product development, and staffing up engineering teams

- Fluency in Java, HTML, CSS, jQuery, PHP, MySQL (Ruby/Python a bonus)

- Excellent problem solving skills and a love of solving technical challenges with simple and elegant solutions

- A passion for building functional and beautiful consumer-facing products

- Exposure to startup environments

- Comfortable interacting in a creative, fast-paced, and fun team

- Experience : 4+years

- Education : B.Tech., MS, or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science or related field from a reputed engineering college like IIT's/ NIT's or BITS Pilani only.

- Budget/ Salary : 20-25Lacs + Equity/ eSops
