Job description :

- Expertise in JAVA or any backend (server side) technologies / full stack development.

- Manage Team of Senior, Mid-level and Junior Developers.

- Responsible for Team's weekly/monthly deliverables.

- Responsible for Engineering Processes & Activities.

- Deliver Design by working with Team.

- Design & Code Reviews.

- Responsible for Product Release Management.

- Product Release Plan.

- Deliver Major and Minor Product Releases.

- Responsible for Release Plan risk Assessment and Risk Mitigation.
