Job Title: KPO Director - Lower Parel - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities -

Company has an immediate need for a Director of Operations to lead the Utility Bill Management (UBM) Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a background in high-volume processing operations, experience running multi-cultural and/or international departments, and be willing to travel internationally to the US, Asia, and Europe as needed.

The UBM Director of Operations will work across global facilities and teams to ensure all people, processes, and systems are aligned with company's strategic goals. The Director of UBM Operations will be accountable for all aspects of the UBM Operations.

- Manage all worldwide UBM Operations teams

- Evaluate the current organizational structure and optimize it to better align with strategic objectives

- Establish a UBM Operations team mission aligned with company strategic objectives as well as measurable Operations goals and individual team goals

- Influence the Operations Software product roadmap to prioritize the most impactful areas

- Develop and facilitate the execution of a scalability plan, considering existing technology capability and capacity as well as automation tools

- Communicate progress frequently into Company stakeholders as well as into the UBM business - provide full data-driven transparency

- Cultivate sustainable relationships and strengthen communication between India and other worldwide subsidiaries teams

- Support corporate goals and ensure UBM products are operationalized and able to be delivered in a timely and effective manner

- Excellent project management skills, especially in projects with overlapping phases
