Director - Emerge & Product - SME

I have a job option for a Global Trade Body for Director Emerge & Product, based at Delhi.

- Build an ecosystem for SMEs, startups in the country through formal programs and partnerships. Build the Product Forum actively.

- Set up and create Online and offline events, activities and workshops for these committees.

- Build collaboration with domestic customers and clusters for SME’s.

- Understand and liaison with government for building SME program and incentive.

- Work with Venture capitalists and agents in venture community to create mentorship and feedback program.

- Build repository of SME best practices across HR, Operational excellence, Sales, Finance etc.

- Specific program development for emerging opportunities on Internet and Mobile application.

- Formulate And structure a formal plan of the various initiatives and be able to -

- Identify and mitigate issues and risks .

- Setup program metrics and review periodically to ensure objectives are met.

- Craft and execute an effective communication plan for members of ORGANISATION as well as internal stakeholders.

- Articulate the value proposition of ORGANISATION membership

- Drive participation and discussion, networking opportunities and create value to the membersip.

Graduate ;

- The ideal candidate would be an MBA with specialization in Marketing, with over 15 years of experience in Program Management Skills.

- The candidate should be self driven, an out of the box thinker and a highly motivated team player.

Preferential skills:

- Knowledge of Social Media and effective use of Blogs, Twitter, LinkedIn & other social networks & forum.

- Prior experience in membership/community building

- Experience in organizing industry events .

- Ability to leverage technology for effective communication to all stakeholders.

- Very strong communication skills, critical thinking and analytical ability, learning ability, interpersonal skills, dealing with ambiguity, team work, building relationships, coping ability
