We are looking a candidate for "Director" role in one of the big 4 auditing firm for Gurgaon location.
Competencies:
Highly creative, versatile, and skilled L&D professional with a proven ability to effectively identify and transform business needs and strategic objectives into "E-learning" solutions that inspire and engage learners.
- Expertise in facilitating multi day training programs for leaderships level on various soft topics
- Ability to run firm wide initiatives on cultural awareness, change management, team building across different levels of audience.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills that have been honed through interaction with people at various levels.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Learning solutions - design and delivery.
- Training Need Identification (TNI).
- Demonstrate a strategic approach to address learning needs and gaps by collaborating with leadership, organization aligned leads, key stakeholders.
- Develop and design all the internal key communication for these programs to raise awareness about training programs offered, benefits of attending, target leadership audience.
