Director for an educational Institute: Automobile/Mechatronics /Retail (10-15 yrs)

- We are looking for Director with one of our client based at Kiwale, Pune location. It is one of the leading education brands.

- Industry: Automobile/Mechatronics /Retail

- Experience: 10+ Years & teaching experience of 2 Years(mandatory)

- Eligibility : Master in Automobile/ Mechatronics /Manufacturing/Production /Instrumentation/E&TC and having 10++ Years Industrial Experience & 2++ years Academics (Lecturer/professor/ Director ) experience. In all these cases P.hd is desirable.

- Leadership - You will need to make quick, and sometimes tough decisions. Your employees will look to you for conflict resolution and approval.

- Critical Thinking - Directors need to be able to solve problems as they pop up, analyze inefficiencies and refine company procedures.

- Oral Communication - You will need to be able to speak clearly to employees and customers. Good speaking and writing skills are key.

- Customer Service - You will be speaking with customers for sales, conflict resolution, and more. A director should be excellent at connecting with customers.

- Budgeting/Math Skills - You may be in charge of payroll, billing, and budgeting.

- Time Management Skills - You will be working with multiple employees and overseeing multiple projects.
