- Responsible for acting as the face of the institute, providing leadership, managing academic programmes, and setting high standards for overall education

- Assisting the business school with strategic guidance in line with its mission and principles

- Ensuring that teaching and learning are strategically governed and led throughout the trust along with ensuring adherence to the rules that support the vision and culture of the institution

-Supervising & managing administrative employees, directing operational strategies, allocating funding to departments, monitoring budgets, enhancing information systems, updating senior executives, and creating operational procedures and policies
