Director - Education & Government Consulting

Overview

This person will be involved in strategic input, overseeing various vertical, multiple stakeholder management, team management, someone who understands ed-tech or education sector, can handle operations and partnerships, strategies and mobilize programmes

This person will be responsible for program operations, program design, large-scale program implementation, building system, working with the senior govt stakeholder, manage team internally (100-200) and travel extensively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Leadership and Strategy - Builds and implements the operational roadmap in alignment with 5 year strategic plan.

- Operational Planning and Management - Develops annual operational plan, engaging key internal and external stakeholders.

- Program Planning and Management - Ensure accountability of delivery of programs and a focus on improving the quality of outcomes.

- Human Capital Management - Ensure effective manpower planning for operations management and program delivery.

- Stakeholder Management - Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of the work of the organization.

- Risk Management - Identify and evaluate the risks to the organization's stakeholders and implement measures to control risks.
