Job Description - Lead Diversity & Inclusion role with a Global Organisation at Director level

Client Details

Our client is multinational consulting & services company with operations in over 40 countries across diverse businesses. They are looking to hire a Director - Diversity & Inclusion for the India region for all business entities

Description

Reporting into the CHRO and Global Chief Diversity Officer, you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing India wide D&I strategy with focus on Gender, culture and disability agenda.

- Work on harmonizing the D&I policies globally and encourage inclusive programs and global diversity related initiatives

- Ensure the proper allocation of D&I budgets and internal & external communication/branding of the same through appropriate channels in order to achieve key delivery metrics and business compliances

- Engage with the global leadership teams and international diversity forums to create strong visibility and reputation of the brand thereby enhancing EVP and employer branding

- Ensure effective adherence to the risks and compliances involved across the portfolio w.r.t cost management and budget

- Closely mentor the other team members to build a strong succession plans

- Ensure robust measurement tools to evaluate D&I external communications

- Be a strong advisor to the leadership teams in any matters related to D&I within the organization

- Design and drive multiple innovative D&I engagement initiatives for the India region

Profile

- You should come with 12 - 16 years of experience and should have worked with multinational organizations in a matrix environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent problem solver and in depth specialist experience in driving global Diversity &Inclusion agendas

- Robust knowledge of HR policies, D&I initiatives and India wide landscape is mandatory
 
- Candidates from specialist D&I background are highly preferred

- MBA is highly preferred
