Leading a team of 18-20 Corporate sales Managers/ BDM's ! Only Premiere Pedigree- Pre qualifier !
1. Position will report to Chief Business Officer (Overall BU unit and CPG products)
2. Will have pan-India responsibility for Direct Sales - with offices in 10 top Indian Cities
3. Will be based out of Bangalore - HQ
4. Size of the business growing at 75% CAGR.
5. Proven track record of managing cross-regional teams in an fast growing environment.
6. Proven track record of managing cross-regional teams in a structured and process oriented fashion - with a strong focus on structured performance management.
7). Oversee the interviewing, hiring, and training of a company's sales staff to ensure an effective sales force
8). Strong CXO network/relationship across corporates/industries
9). Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance
10). Contact customers via emails and phone calls to offer them products and services. Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how it will meet the requirements of a customer
11). Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase
- Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications
12). Collaborate with the marketing, advertising, and production heads to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance
13). Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement.

Experience: 6-8 Years in FMCG/Telco/Enterprise Technology Sales
Education Qualification: Tier-1 and Tier-2 Engineering College, Tier-1 School MBA
