The Division has Product development, manufacturing, quality and distribution. So ideally someone with broad understanding and depth in any one (R&D and manufacturing)

- Needs to have a good breadth of the processes. Now, the business units is on the path of further development

- They are also defining some of the processes within the R&D Division.

- Have the business process view and ability to create the process map

- Understanding to institutionalize the processes

- The Business Head is very ambitious in making the process to be best in class

- We are moving on the path of digital transformation - hence the candidate should be able to apply the technology
