Director - Digital Transformation & Marketing

Experience:

- Overall 16 years+ of industry experience

- At least 7+ years of experience in Front office Digital transformation focusing on marketing and experience

- At least 5+ years of experience in Adobe experience and marketing platforms

Must have:

- 6-8 years of experience in delivering digital solutions at scale

- 3+ years in consulting led sales and delivery led sales

- Very good understanding of Data driven marketing, Adobe Experience and Marketing platforms

- Ability to anchor and drive solution conversations with the client. Experience in shaping Adobe platform solutions both RFP led and organic.

- Experience in Agile delivery model

- Led a team of 25+

- Prior experience of handling P&L

Good to have:

- Experience in Sitecore/Liferay CMS platforms in addition to AEM

- Experience in marketing automation platforms and marketing operations
