Director - Digital Transformation

- The role involves sales/ sales support, Practice development and engagement delivery.

Sales:

- Would be involved in supporting on-going engagements and attempting to upsell.

- Would need to get involved in fresh pursuits.

- Should have led pursuit teams including conceptualizing propositions and presenting solutions to clients

Engagement Delivery:

- Candidate would have to take leading role for some engagements and provide thought leadership as well as subject expertise to the teams executing engagements.

- Would also be involved in client management/ client expectation management.

Overall:

- Has a strong understanding of Digital Transformation in more than one sector(like Banking, Retail etc.)

- Must have worked in Digital related engagements like Banking Alternate Channels related project: ATM, Call Centre, Online and Mobile OR in Retail omni channel, online/ ecomm business model or Government digital delivery of citizen services.

- The projects must have involved defining a strategic digital roadmap clients.

- Understands the different aspects of digital transformation as they are related to business.

- Understands the application of digital technologies and related business models in one or more sectors.

- Has experience of implementation technologies like Hybris, Hadoop, adobe etc.

- Flexible for travels in India, Middle East, Africa and UK.
