- Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting

- Manage agency & partner relationship on day to day basis

- Develop digital strategy to meet monthly targets with month on month growth to online business

- Continuous interaction and coordination with other major functions

- Identify new partners to further increase business

Profile

- Looking for a strong MBA professional with 10-12 years of experience in sales and strategy role in NBFC/Fintech space.

- The candidate also needs to have an expertise in handling large teams along with excellent communication skills
