Our client is a reputed Private Sector bank and has businesses across Retail, Corporate and Investment Banking. They have massive expansion plans across their Retail and Commercial banking divisions and are seeking individuals who could manage governance of a large scale programme or multiple projects.

Job Description

As the Director- Data Governance, you will be reporting to the Chief Digital Officer and will be responsible for :

- Experience of managing governance of a large scale programme or multiple projects

- Responsible to make sure governance procedures are adhered to, including risk management .

- Being the single point of contact for all risk, compliance, audit and governance queries within the team

- The individual will be responsible for setting up the below mentioned :

- eStatements, Alerts, interactive text

- Virtual RM / CRM

- Voice Channels

- Multi-lingual publishing & care

- Web, mobile, social media Standards & Governance

- Risk (Pattern Management, Fraud risk, Transaction risk) Analytics

- Performance and design optimisation

The Successful Applicant

As a Successful Applicant, the individual need to have :-

- B.E / B. Tech/ BCA/ MCA / M.E / M.Tech / M. SC / MBA degree from a premier institute

- 8 - 10 years of relevant work experience

- Project Management Skills
