- Candidate should have dealt with multi cultural teams .
- Lead all ad operations - oversee team level campaign performance, facilitate/participate in strategy discussion, hiring based on sales pipeline, map/build competencies, create training calendar, team profitability/ROI, coach/mentor, conflict management
- Breakup business revenue goals between Enterprise, Mid-market and sales and drive growth through established KPIs.
- Build structure and process to a growing team in a fast-paced environment
- Identify, implement, and integrate systems for improved project management, seamless communication across teams.
