Key Accountability
Strategic:
- Design and execute the Digital Marketing plan for the university and its programs.
Operational:
- Establish end-to-end digital marketing capabilities aligning with institution goals.
- Lead implementation of capabilities (media planning, search, conversion rate optimization).
- Develop and optimize landing pages and CRM for performance marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for a best-of-breed marketing technology approach.
- Lead analytics and reporting in digital campaigns, focusing on optimization.
- Manage end-to-end content creation for digital channels.
- Financial and Budget:
- Plan and monitor marketing budget expenditures for better planning and resource allocation.
- Develop marketing plans and budgets for social initiatives and promotional activities.
Collaborations:
- Build relationships with National and International Media Houses.
- Communication with Employees, Parents, Students, Government, NGOs, International Agencies.
Academic:
- Research and benchmarking in areas of responsibility.
- External Representation:
- As required by the role and responsibilities.
Requirements
- Degree with strong credentials in performance marketing.
- 10+ years of experience in digital design, website management, online marketing, and media planning.
- Experience in managing teams and implementing marketing technology.
- Certification programs or relevant equivalent experience required.
- Experience in the Education sector preferred.
