1. Master's degree (Marketing/Sales/Business/Operations or equivalent).

2. Extensive experience (Relevant 8-12 years or more) in digital marketing.

3. Currently heading a Business Unit or at a senior leadership level.

4. Experience in digital marketing operations. Such as paid marketing, social media, SEO.

5. Proven track record of managing client relationships, including US clients and meeting/exceeding client expectations.

6. Should be handling different verticals like ecommerce, lifestyle, health care.

7. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, trends, and best practices.

8. Proven expertise in AI integration within digital marketing.

9. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
