Job Description:

- Will lead client acquisition, engagements and success for their digital consumer insights and market research requirements using the company's technology and services.

- Responsibilities Lead client end-to-end engagements and relationships with top brand clients and agencies Creating, designing and managing digital research studies based on briefs provided by the clients

- Interact closely with clients throughout projects, often on a daily basis Manage ongoing reporting and final deliverables and presentations Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations

- Meet and acquire new clients though prospecting, business development and sales efforts

- Present the company's technology and offerings, prepare winning proposals, negotiate pricing Lead client communications regularly to support the development of trusted relationships

- Help develop digital insights products and solutions offerings based on market needs

- Marketing initiatives to drive awareness

Experience:

- Requirements 8 to 12 Years experience in market research, brand marketing, digital agency in client facing roles Experience in quantitative market research with knowledge of brand and consumer insights

- Commitment to customer success with experience in managing and growing client relationships

- Proven track record in sales, business development, new client acquisition

- Strong interpersonal and business development skills Efficient time management, ability to multi-task and detail orientation Passion for technology and willingness to work in a start-up
