Director/Associate Director - Retail & Consumer, Digital Enterprise

- You would be part of the Microsoft Competency Consulting & Pre-Sales team at Technology Consulting, advising IT and business leaders on cloud-enabled innovation and business transformation initiatives in the Retail & Consumer domain.

- At Consulting, we work with leading Retail & Consumer companies and help them realize their digital transformation objectives. You will work on topics related to Digital Transformation strategy, Supply Chain Optimization, Finance, Manufacturing, specializing on Microsoft Biz Apps solution, for some of our large customers in the Retail & Consumer sectors.

- As a Dir/ AD, your role would be to bring in excellent technology consulting skills with relevant domain knowledge in the Retail & Consumer space.

You will:

- Work on consulting engagements as part of Microsoft Competency Consulting and Pre-Sales team and deliver transformation projects in the Retail & Consumer Segment.

- Demonstrate deep practice knowledge in Cloud including the following-

- Work with the Retail & Consumer Industry, business strategy and customer IT teams

- Working with Retail & Consumer competency leads to develop CoE(Center of Excellence) service catalogs across various consulting and Industry solution offerings and proactively contributes to creating new consulting assets and IPs.

Your experience and know how matters:

- An Engineering degree, with preferably an MBA, with 9 to 12 years of experience within consulting domain in Tier 1 and GSI firms.

- 10+ Years of Experience in delivering IT solutions to Retail & Consumer Segment

- Experience of delivering projects on leading ERP & CRM solutions like Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Polaris Dynamics 365 CRM, SFDC in the Retail & Consumer Segment

- Impactful client presentation capabilities, strong problem-solving skills, and story-telling techniques

- Ability to lead and guide large team

- Excellent People management skills

- Understand project economics and ability to take decisions in the interest of project

- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills (ideally in critical political environments)

- Aptitude for critical and analytical thinking as well as the capacity to accept out-of-the box solutions

- Ability to synthesis and translate complex technical aspects into business terms and define from business objectives and constraints complex technical solutions

- Autonomous, positive thinker, highly flexible and willing to work independently as well as part of a team
