The Digital Brand Solutions Director will report into the Digital Director and Publishing Director, and work closely with the Publishers and their sales teams.
- Create content-led digital brand solutions for advertisers that marry the brand's needs with audiences' preferences.
- Partner with the Publishers to grow the business with 600+ direct clients beyond print and digital advertising to digital content solutions.
- Build relationships with the digital and content teams in key agency networks to sell in digital content solutions for new clients.
- Manage a team of three Digital Brand Solutions Managers in Mumbai/ Delhi/ Bangalore.
- Work with a dedicated Branded Content team to deliver digital brand solutions profitably.
- Digital brand solutions typically include native stories and native microsites.
- Digital portfolio includes websites, mobile apps, social media channels and video channels.
- Digital team comprises of 50+ specialists across Editorial, Video, Technology, Audience Development and Brand Solutions.
Desired Skills and Experience:
The Digital Brand Solutions Director needs to have 10-12 years of relevant experience in digital agencies or digital media organizations, and a strong blend of hard and soft skills:
- Experience in conceptualizing and creating content-led digital brand solutions for advertisers.
- Experience in working with clients in the high-end fashion, beauty, jewellery, watch, auto, alcohol, technology, travel, and luxury sectors.
- Experience in creating digital content and building audiences for it.
- Ideally, an understanding of premium content in the fashion, design, travel and lifestyle spaces.
- Experience in managing a direct team of digital planners or ad salespeople.
- Excellent communication, team-work and problem-solving skills.
