Position Summary The selected candidate will lead the Digital Automation team and support company's Digital Transformation. He/ She will work closely with the enterprise Digital Automation head and his leadership team to support the roadmap for Digital Automation and other Digital initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing day to day activities of the existing Digital Automation team at comprising Engagement Leads, Business Analysts, Configurators and Virtual Resource Managers, build new Digital Automation capabilities as well as manage and maintain relationships with enterprise Digital Automation team and other teams supporting Digital Automation Job Responsibilities - Provide leadership to the ~ 20 member Digital Automation COE team comprising Engagement Leads, Business Analysts, Configurators and Virtual Resource Managers - Manage hiring, on-boarding, training, retention and capability building for the team - Engage and build strong relationships with Digital Automation team based in the US - Work as a relationship manager and foster collaboration between different teams supporting Digital Automation (Technology Support Services + IT COE) - If the selected candidate has not worked previously on Blue Prism, they will be expected to complete Blue Prism Foundation and Developer training in the first year so they establish themselves as a hands-on leader. - The candidate is expected to individually drive select projects for Digital Automation every year in addition to people management and team building activities - Mentor the Digital Automation project team in executing projects - The candidate should be open and willing for short travel across global locations Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Education - A bachelor's degree is required (preference to technology and Engineering backgrounds) - Post-graduation required (PG in technology preferred) Experience - 15 - 18 years of experience in IT / ITES / Process Reengineering for financial services industry (Insurance/Banking) - Exposure and familiarity with some programming languages and coding - Strong knowledge of process flows and architecture - Project Management experience preferred; - Experience in setting up and managing project delivery teams preferred Knowledge and skills (general and technical) - Some exposure to programming languages required - Exposure to Automation Tools Preferred (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath etc)
