Job Description
- The Director, Marketing Measurement and Analytics will be responsible for measuring and optimizing the performance of paid and owned media channels.
- You will partner with marketing business stakeholders, the media agency, and technology to design and measure experiments, report on key metrics to demonstrate how media channels are driving customer and business value, and create executive level presentations that help stakeholders understand effectiveness of the channel and what can be done to improve results. Your work will be critical to help improve the value driven through paid and owned media by generating performance insights and translating those insights into actionable recommendations that deliver incremental business value.
Desired Candidate Skills :
- 12+ years of total work experience, of which 5+ years of relevant digital measurement and analytics experience preferably focused on paid & owned media
- Agency experience preferred
- Specific experience with digital AdTech ecosystem, digital analytics, including hands-on experience with tools such as Google Adwords, Doubleclick, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, (or other tools like them)
- Proficiency in working with customer data at large scale
- Outstanding consultative, critical thinking, analytical and communication skills with the ability to operate strategically and build effective stakeholder partnerships
- Manage a team of analysts and enhance the analytical rigor of the team
- Hire and nurture talent in the team and develop future leaders
