Roles and Responsibilities

- Lead and guide creative store and space design projects

- Advocate for and uphold design excellence across the studio

- Inspire, motivate, and develop project teams

- Analyze complex briefs and provide creative direction to the team

- Collaborate with designers at all levels to present effective concepts

- Direct the design team, overseeing multiple projects

- Shape project strategy and ensure successful delivery

- Conduct client workshops, building relationships with senior clients

- Provide valuable insights for innovative design solutions

- Plan, organize, and scope projects efficiently

- Proactively plan up to 3 months ahead, ensuring optimal resourcing and structures

- Collaborate across disciplines to maintain consistently high project delivery

Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in the retail design environment

- Bachelor's degree (5 years) in Architecture/Interior Design

- Expert knowledge of Revit/AutoCAD; experience in adhering to managed office CAD standards

- Familiarity with MEP systems and effective communication with Clients and Engineers

- Experience in coordinating consultants

- Proven track record in managing and developing specifications, material schedules

- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
