This is a leadership opportunity with a leading Global Financial Services firm with a span of over 120 individuals working across different functions within derivatives operations.

The client is a leading Global Financial Services institution with businesses across investment banking, wealth management, private banking and corporate banking as well.

Description :

The key roles and responsibilities are listed below :

- Managing a span of 120+ individuals working on various product classes within derivatives, such as interest rates, credit, FX, equity derivatives etc. working on confirmations, settlements, trade support and middle office functions

- Managing the division from a risk and compliance perspective and ensuring control frameworks are adhered to

- Liaise effectively with global stakeholders and ensure seamless delivery

- Periodic reviews of KPI/KRI parameters and thresholds

Profile :

The key requirements for this position are listed below :

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in financial services industry, with considerable global exposure

- The successful candidate must be an existing Director/Executive Director with a leading global financial services firm

- Thorough knowledge and hands on experience in derivatives is a must

- Experience in managing teams of 100+ individuals and a proven leadership track record

Job Offer :
