Director - R&D

Experience - 18-22 years

- Exposure to either IT or Engineering or Manufacturing industry

- Exposure to SEZ-STPI/Marketing/ Branding/ Government Affairs

- Experience in any of Engineering vertical will be advantageous

- Strong industry connects externally and internally will be a great advantage

- To work with internal and external stake holders like Government, academia, industry members, External consultants and other industry associations to establish COEs in the identified areas

- To work with members and prepare industry relevant competency matrix and Case studies to position the Industry with the stake holders

- To evangelize the talent development initiatives for the sector

- To identify future opportunities and create a strategic roadmap from an overall nation-building perspective
