Responsibilities:

- Responsible for project success and consistent client satisfaction across the organization

- Play many roles including planning, monitoring, reporting and resource management

- Project Delivery

- Drives strong delivery of projects by guiding Managers

- Build Process and Manager them

- Establishes quality standards and ensures implementation of processes to deliver quality output

- Resource Management

- Makes the most effective use of people including life balance, retention, and career progression.

Requirement:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Advertising from a reputed institution

- 12+ years of experience with proven leadership skills in managing huge projects

- Experience in digital marketing, seo, sem is a must

- Strong experience in digital space

- Must have prior experience in leading global delivery teams

- Experience of working with US based clients

- Has the ability to work with senior management and work within the political structure of his/her own organization as well as the clients
