Role - Delivery Head (Director)

Location- Mumbai & Chennai

Exp 18 + Years

Job description:

- Should have Led a 300+ member Team covering various functions within Wealth operations space. Should have at least run an account independently or a sizeable part of an account for operations and had an experience of running operations plus customer engagement.

- This role operates in US shift and manages team and client in US shift

- Candidate should have good experience in managing and collobrating with cross border global teams

- Have experience of interacting and managing CXO level stakeholders.

- Should have extensive hands on operating and domain experience in Wealth management operations with deep expertise in Trust, Advisory , Brokerage and fiduciary functions. Predominantly for the US, though UK and rest of the world experience is certainly an added advantage

- Good understanding of Wealth front to back platforms is key for this role

- Certifications in US Wealth and investment management space will be added advantage

- Should have led and managed Operations transformation and change at scale including RPA, data analytics, workflow etc and have good track record of driving productivity and efficiency within the Organization at scale

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

Organization: Redefine Operating Model

- Create a strategic thinking & vision around defining a Target state organization with the Optimum Operating Model

- Create a strong partnership model with the Bank & other key stakeholders to transform the organization from a "Service Provider" to a "Partner to the Bank"

- Create a Data driven organization with strong governance Top down to review Business risk and drive the team towards efficiency & Innovation

- Create a very strong BAU Team and imbibe a culture of innovation & change at all Levels

- Set up the "Change The Bank" Team within the Operations organization which should focus on bringing the best industry trends into the operating model
